Sundown are very good amps and lots of times hifonics amps dobt put out what they say they do. Thats why i was doing comparason to both of them. Right now im still in the spl fever and i just want it loud. Thanks fot comments and i guess i will do 4 of those hifonics for these 2 subs.

How many watts rms are the BTL's? Arent they 2000rms? I know the Hifonics are overrated, but Im sure they put out over 2000@1

Yea, i understand wanting to be loud, and Im sure they can handle more than 2000...But you are talking about running 4000rms to each one? Is it just for burps, of for daily?

I have an AQ 3500 on my BTL and It doesn't phase it, But it is all about how clean the signal you send to the sub and size of the box and other C@#$. And I had it on a 2608d and it was ok.
