IDK what they used, I didn't ask them to do it, they just did it when they were installing my amp/sub, I guess because they really wanted to know the power.

That is what they told me, so no arguing.

BTW, I got mine on eBay brand new, for $200 shipped. 1300wrms @ 1ohm for $200 isn't bad huh?

yeah, but you could get three (or more) of those ~1500W (rated) hifonics amps for the price of a 20.1 (or other high quality amp).

i think getting 1300W for $200 is a pretty good deal, but you could pay a little more and get something of higher quality.

140 shipped is a pretty good price i guess if it fit into your system well, but i wouldn't pay much more than that

Would that amp do well while pushing a pioneer premier ts-w3004spl(1)? It's wired it at 2ohms and it's 1000wrms.
