Would you say Hifonics Brutus is the high end of maxxsonics?

Personally, I like the MB Quart Discuss line of Maxxsonics amps. I was on the fence on what product to go with and found these amps are slightly under-rated and are very efficient. The older Brutus amps were supposed to be pretty good but I've never used them.

No MB Quart is their high end. The Hifonics amps are over rated and have dirty signals. There is a bench test around here where the 1608d did only 1200@1 and clipped at 800RMS

there is a thread over on DIMA where they benched a hifonics amp, i cant remember if it did the power or not, but the problem was it clipped bad near full load. new or older hifonics not sure though

The DSC is better then the BXi's, but not enough reviews have come back to truly compare the BRZ to either the DSC or ONYX...Hifonics is ok for the price, as is MBQ
