Hifonics Brutus BRZ12 -- Is it any good?

Hello everyone,

I'm getting ready to do a cut-through(or blow-through) box in my 04' Silverado, and I'm looking into subs for it. I'll be putting 4 12" subs in my box, and I'm really having a hard time. I am on a budget, and I've heard that Hifonics make pretty good stuff, for not so much money.

I've somewhat narrowed my search down to the Hifonics Brutus Series BRZ12, but I want to make sure that there going to sound good in my truck. If anyone has had experience with these subs, could you please let me know about them. Do they slap? Lol, any help is appreciated, thanks!

Sorry about that. I've got absolutely no experience with Hifonics subwoofers.

I'd just try them if I were you. I asked this question already and didn't get much feedback. They are cheap enough to take the risk or get T3 Audio t.400.
