Hifonics Brutus 1200 settings

Gain can be set semi-accurately by ear if you take your time:

How to Set Your Gains

Sub-sonic (technically infra-sonic) -- Since you have a sealed box you can set it very low, somewhere in the 20hz range will work fine.

Bass EQ -- this is just bass boost. Leaving it at zero is usually best. Even 3dB's of boost is a LOT and can introduce a lot of clipping anywhere above half volume or so.

Low Pass -- it can vary, but somewhere around 80hz works well with most subs. You can mess with it if you want, anywhere from 70 to 120 would be reasonable depending on how the rest of the system blends.

Phase -- Leave it at zero.
