Hifonics Amps

I am looking to pick up a new Hifonics XX Colossus II. I wondered where would be a good place to get one? I know they list them on eBay, but warranty is something that I am considering with this purchase and I don't know if Hifonics honors the warranty if it is purchased this way.

Anyway, does anyone have a Colossus II, what do they think about it, and where did they purchase it from?
