Hifonics amps good or bad

I was looking at Hifonics ZXI6406 and Hifonics 1206d to run my system. I can buy both for about $400. Are these amps any good?

My budget is about $500. The Hifonics amps I found were $200 each, for a total of $400. My speakers are as follows: front is 6.5" Infinity Kappa components, rear is 6.5" Infinity Kappa 3way speakers, and the sub is a 12" Kenwood Excelon flat shallow sub in a sealed enclosure. I need amps that are not going to run hot. Any suggestions besides Hifonics?

For the money HiFonics are pretty hard to beat...they run pretty cool (at least mine did)...they put out close to rated power...and they are pretty beefy (not to flimsy when trying to mount them in wierd positions...

For that price I think you'll be pretty satisfied
