Just for burps, right? It takes 50% over the rated fusing for 5 seconds to blow a fuse, so you could probably get away with even more if you're just doing a short 1-2 second burp.

I dont burp per say but that was about a 5 second section of track 2 on bass mekiniks 808 but the amp was at 2 ohm as well.

also heard mix reviews on the 2010 stuff but we clamped a 2600 08 model and it only put out 1135wrms at 1.5 ohms @12.3v.. tested same board with the aq 2200d put out rated and the cadence ia9 is a bit beefier and is underated

thats weird because my 2607 is doing ~2100 at 1.5ohms at 14volts

have you bought it yet? had a maxxonics product that was 1200 watts rms at 1 ohm,sold it and got a sundown at the same rms. i could tell a difference in my sub output

me too. they worked pretty well at .5ohms as well.

as for rms at 12.3 volts, i have no idea.

with a working amp from 14 to 12 v i would subtract 20% and thats gana be about the amount of power

do sundowns or any other company perform good at 12v i was thinking of trying to trade my amp plus cash for a sundown 1500 or 2000 no luck so far

sundown, cadence ia series, aq 2200, tbh the audio pipe 3000 is a steal for the cash but is only 2 ohm stable but you get 3k for 300 lol

I have seen on the website a sundown1500 that shows 1500rms at 1ohm? are you saying sundown do not go down to 1 ohm

the ap is only 2 ohm stable, the sd can got to .5 prolly but it will void warranty..... if you like sundown go with it its a good choice, just threw the ap in there to add some choice
