Will this amp work for these speakers?

I'm trying to piece together a system from my old car into my new car. I ordered a MB Quart DSC 480 amp and Infinity Kappa 652.9i speakers for the rear doors. The amp is RMS rated 80 watts x 4 at 4 ohms and 160 watts x 4 at 2 ohms. The speakers are rated RMS 90 watts and are 2 ohm. Will this work?

I have some older Kenwood component speakers I was hoping to run run in front until I can afford a better set. These are only rated 45 watts RMS (4 ohm). Will these be OK?
