HID Question

So i just ordered some HIDs and i know that it's bad that i put them into my hallogen housing because it doesn't put out the light very well and it's really scattered, so i was wondering where i can find a projector for my headlights? i did hear about "angel eyes" or something like that. any where i can get it local off a store instead of online?

you can find housings for many vehicles online. Sometimes, youll have to retro fit your headlights. Retrofitsource.com is a good start

sweet deal. so i just pop out the headlight housing, and then place that projector over my bulb and i'll be good?

no. lol. A lot more involved than that. Unless you get some headlight housings with projectors in it already. Youll have to disassemble your headlights, and "retrofit" projectors in the housing.

is that my only option? because i already have HIDs and i think it's the H3 bulb. how else could i get it to work right?

no. lol. A lot more involved than that. Unless you get some headlight housings with projectors in it already. Youll have to disassemble your headlights, and "retrofit" projectors in the housing.

This. I suggest you head over to hidplanet.com and start reading. Or shop to try to find some already made. A retrofit is likely the only way you will get true HID though. I also suggest looking at the morimoto minis (d2s and H1) if space is a concern(not sure how big civic lights are). Although the FX-Rs are fairly small as well. If you decide to go the FX-R route, let me know. I have a set I never ended up using and I'll sell them to you for much cheaper than theretrofitsource(that's where I bought them so you know they're quality)

lol no. Why dont u google projector retrofit first. Or try a civic forum i bet you can find good help there
