I have a hi low converter and I pulled the radio out and have no idea wat to do. Is there a video I can watch or can someone explain it to me.

no need to pull radio out. thats kinda the reason that there made is so you dont have to pull the radio out. just splice into rear speaker wires. if you dont know which is your rear speakers wires just look it up on internet for your car. they should be color coded

No. The cig lighter is always on, you want a source that turns off with ignition. The radio fuse is good.
