Hi input or low input

This old amplifer that I have has both inputs was wondering what the difference is. I'm adding this amp to my inside speakers don't have any subs which in put should I use? thanks.

It's an old jensen a200 2 channel sorry no pic's it has 1 pair of rca 1L 1r it has 4wire high input and 2 pairs of speaker outputs 2L's 2R's. thanks.

use RCA inputs. Stay away from hi level if you can!

Ok...

That makes sense now...

High input is from a speaker source, aka another amplifier. This is used if you don't have RCA 'LOW' level outputs on your headunit.... But, I assume you do, so just use the RCA's into the LOW level input...
