I have received the following UPS tracking number:

1ZR44F150293532431

Looking it up on UPS's website gives me the following:

"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

I will update the post as the package updates on UPS's site.

The package indicates that it is 2nd day air, so we should see in a hurry how this shakes out.

 
I made it into my office, and I did ship your amp when I said I did, what was it...two fridays ago? I screwed up the label so it never left my office. I had accidentally transposed the ship from and ship to addresses. It's a dang good thing I went in to the office, if I hadnt it would have remained sitting at the front desk. I made a new label and cancelled the old one. None the less, I wrote that I hadnt shipped it cause no matter what my story, I'm sure you wouldnt believe it anyway. I have your box in my hands and I'm driving it out to UPS in a few minutes. You should have the amp by Thursday, I think I missed the UPS cut off time today. If I didnt miss the cut off time, you'll have the amp by Wednesday.

 
I eagerly await its arrival. Assuming it arrives as promised and in the condition described, I will be glad to post that here. I'm not looking to slander you. I just want the ******* amp I paid for. Try putting yourself in our shoes.

 
I've been in your shoes, apparently many more times than you. I have patience, and I wait for items I bought, even if they take forever...just because I get a great deal on them online. I know that life happens to people, people get busy...and frankly, I don't care about measly $100 or $300 purchases. They can take a month for me to get and it's no skin off my back...as long as I get the item. I'm a PayPal premium member for a reason, I do a lot of buying and selling online. Maybe I'm just more comfortable with the PayPal process as some of the people around here. One thing is for sure, I don't cause a big stink over something that I've not received in a couple weeks. I know the delay time in shipping to/from Alaska, and I'm used to it....so I'm trying to be as understanding as possible with you guys. It's the filing disputes at the drop of a hat, and a thread that goes on for 6 pages saying the absolute same thing that really is getting on my nerves. For that reason, I'm not going to log back in or try to follow this thread until I see items as "delivered". All you guys with your ******* in a bunch is quite ridiculous. I'm not sure who's catered to you in the past with your online purchases, but that's not real world. In my experience, this forum is full of a bunch of dreamers who have been pampered. Maybe you guys get screwed over more frequently on this site because of high turn-over, but rest assured...I'm not one of the bad guys here. You all will get what you paid for, and I guess I'm sorry I live so far away and for the shipping delays. It would have been good of me to offer faster shipping for additional fees.

 
So, I take it the fact that you fucked up the shipping on my amp was MY fault. Got it. Except the problem is if that was REALLY the case, you would have been screaming that it shipped two weeks ago this whole time, in an effort to shut me up. But you didn't. You NEVER would go on record as to when it shipped because you KNEW it hadn't shipped. I don't know if it would have been good of you to offer the others expedited shipping for additional cost, but it would have been GREAT of you to ship my amp 11 days ago when I paid you.

I buy and sell items on message boards all day long as well. The way you handled my transaction is inexcusable. Also, apparently you haven't been in my shoes. What we have gone though so far has been STEP by STEP what it looks like when you get screwed for an online purchase. It's right out of the manual for scamming people.

Like I said, I'm not here to slander anyone. I'll let the facts speak for themselves. I now have a tracking number, which states it is for 2nd day air. That means by Thursday at the LATEST, I should be holding a Kicker IX 1000.1 amp in mint condition. Let's see what happens next.

 
I did tell you it had shipped, you just kept wanting a date and tracking number. I wasnt going to provide you with a date and tracking number until I knew for sure which date it had shipped on. I've not been into my office, so I wasnt able to check.

No, scamming people would have been me posting up, taking your money, then changing my bank account and shutting my paypal down from ever getting money back out of me. If I ever were to scam somebody, it'd be for a heck of a lot more than the mice nuts amount of money you guys paid me. $250 is hardly worth my time to pack stuff up and ship it out, let alone the $100 I asked for these sets of speakers or the $125 for the amp install kit that was paid.

mint condition? no. It's got dings in the case, just as pictured. Guess you didn't look close enough.

Ok bud. If I wasnt honest, nobody would know it's been used. It sat in my truck for about 2 hours, played with it for about half an hour. So really, it's been used less in my truck than when they tested it at the factory.
Doesn't sound like the description of an amp with dings in it to me. Don't see any dings in the pics either. If it shows up in less than mint status, I will be escalating my dispute. If you haven't actually dropped it off yet, I strongly encourage you to just refund my money and we can both be done with this mess.

Right where it says ix1000.1, where the period is, up and down it's got about 5 dings. I never said it was mint, all I said is that I had it in my truck for about 2 hours and played it for half an hour. That's exactly the amp you're getting. You never asked it if was mint, and I certainly did not say it was. You bought a used amp and you're getting a used amp.

Amp was dropped off at UPS a couple hours ago, and the status online has been updated.

Based on your statements about how if you didn't say it was used no one would know, I reasonably assumed that is it was in the picture. cheapest route of shipping, not keeping in touch with his buyers, getting butthurt over this whole situation, and then overall bashing the site where he sold the stuff and blaming others for his mistakes... honestly so glad i didnt buy a set of these speakers from him like i initially wanted too. sorry to say it but, im glad i learned from your all mistakes.

 
Oh, my bad for not springing for $50 shipping for everybody who purchased from me. Not like they all arent getting a pair of $400 comp speakers for less than a quarter of that or anything. This site is terrible! No other site I am part of would allow this much mucking up of a sale thread. I could understand it if it was in the respective thread, but really, we are talking about two other items in a thread devoted to speakers. Also, mind you...the people who purchased speakers are not even up in this thread causing problems!

MJL, I beat you to the punch buddy. You will receive what you paid for, and we will let paypal decide just what that is. I submitted my comments and files to them and got the ball rolling on the claim side of things.
