Hercules Vs. XA3000D

Which one? They will be strapped in a street A CRX on one battery. Same price. Which would be the best choice? I dont have enough money to get both then pick the best one and resale, so to the forum I go...

Or a cyclops for a bit more.

well i owned a xa3000d,pretty bad *** amp never no problems but ive heard of alot of problems with them,so based on that i would pick the herc for resale value,but the powerbass is alot stronger.tough choice

Yea I know. Im thinking of just taking my chances with the Hercs and if I dont like them stick with them until I can get something new....

From what I hear the XA will do about 2700@1 and Im guessing the herc is underrated a little.

Im getting them for about 780 on each set. Why do you say it cant be Street A?

they was a 2 guys in niceville at the db drag event in crx's in class a with 2 mm3000.1's on 2 solox 10's hitting around 153

For now a 12" BTL but I hope to upgrade to 2 10"s later in the season if money allows.

I was going to do an 18, but a lot of stuff went down bad with the motor, etc. So I just got a CRX and decided to do Street A. Right now I dont have the funds to compete with 4+ amps so I decided to jump in A where at least I would have a similar amount of power.
