I bought a Pioneer HU along with Scosche's TA02B factory wiring harness.
Specifically, I'm confused about the ground wire (black wire). The ground wire from Pioneers HU harness has a y-ring crimped onto it. Pioneers' installation says to ground the black wire to a metal area of my car.
The question is: what am I suppose to do with the ground wire that comes out of Scoshe's factory wiring harness? Is it safe not to ground it? And what part of my car can I ground Pioneer's HU harness on my car?
