first off, welcome to the board. however -

1. Try to be more specific in your question. I personally have no idea what you're asking, so if you want people to reply, you need to state your question more clearly.

be more specific. i think you might be asking how to decode the wire harness. if so, you'll have to provide the vehicle info you're installing the hu.

or just look up your vehicle in any number of the manufacturers that make wiring harnesses. A lot of them make two-piece assemblies, from the head unit -> universal plug -> factory wiring...you don't even need to know all the wiring, as the harness takes care of everything for you.

Kenwood has an anti-theft feature where you need to enter a code to make the radio work again after it's been disconnected. I'm guessing that's what the original poster wants.

Kind of a dumb anti-theft feature, IMO...it's not likely to stop a thief from stealing the radio, and it's not much consolation after your radio is gone to know that nobody else can use it, either.

Anyway, if the Kenwood head unit is asking for a code, and you don't have one, you're pretty much out of luck.
