is there an after market hu that you can hook up the stearing wheel controles so you can like a just the volume and station

Yes, most head units have remote controlls that attach to the steering wheel in some way. no the car has the stock stearing wheel controls and i want to know if there is an after market cd playr that can be hooked up to it
