K newby here, just wondering what kinda setup I should get in my 02 BMW M3, this is what I was thinking, but i don't know anything about audio really so don't flame. Ok My speakers that I have now are fine I just want subs, I want my car to hit hard, So I was thinking 2 JL 10" W7's with some kinda cool looking box/fiberglass setup and whatever amp would be good for those? I want to do it so the subs are inverted at an angle kinda facing each other and then the amp inbetween them on top of the box or whatever, I jsut want it to look and sound really good? First how much would a setup like this cost with all the stuff I need, and second what other sub's amp do you suggest thanks alot!

and a hifonics 1500d amp- like 270 shipped on ebay

jl and re both have exellent sound quality but the re audio will hit harder especially the xxx as aposed to the w7

You also have to consider the amount of trunk space you want to give up. Just something to think about because the m3s have small trunks right? something like 8 cubes or something?

W7 and XXX are both very good subs. The XXX is very comparable to the W7, they are much cheaper because Resonant Engineering sells directly over the internet / phone, you purchase them straight from the company, and there are no middle-men, so you get a very good deal.

Also you pay a lot for the JL Audio name.
