Help!

Seeking advice. I have an 07 Dodge Magnum. WANNA REPLACR THE Head Unit WITH A DOUBLE din, bluetooth. Preferably a touchscreen and either pioneer or kenwood or alpine. Would like as much android integration as possible. Would be great if it had built in android control. I'm a lil confused after looking thru the posts and different websites. Definitely not trying to spend the $700 plus for the new pioneer android auto units. Would like it to be bluetooth controlled all the way without having to plug in a usb or aux cord. No need for dvd, steering wheel controls, nor back up camera. I'll read 10 good reviews then 5 bad ones for the various units. Somebody with knowledge please help. Also this "dual" brand I keep aeeing, is it a cheap system?
