help

So lets switch up this discussion a bit, if any of you were going to spend 5k on equipment, excluding installation and wiring,(although I do need help getting it right) what would you choose? Head unit(although I have one suggestions would be nice currently have a pioneer avh5600bhs) subwoofers, amp(s),type of enclosure and where to find it, and all around speakers..acoustics will come later also, im speaking specifically about what I listed

Door speakers Hertz hsk xl 6.5s
Jbl ms-8 digital sound processor.
Strong 4 channel, any of the jl/zed/helix/audison suggested above will be fine.
Dc power/singer/mechman high output alternator, xs power battery under the hood, and one in the back.
SSA xcon subwoofers, size number will depend on the space you want to give up. Hit up @CSCStang for a custom ported enclosure.
amp, a dc 3.5k, crescendo 3.5k, soundqubed 4500.1 or incriminator audio ia 40.1
99 dollars on a 36 bulk pack of stinger roadkill deadener.

Should be under 5k.

If you go with the aa havoc 12's 400ish a piece good amp bc 3500 7-8hundo new

Wiring 100-200 depending... Ho alternator 350-600 depending... 2 xs d3400 battery's 500... So what's that around 3k only missing door speakers and amp which doesn't have to break your bank

My sig is just under 4k. I don't need alternator or battery

Thanks for the response any suggestions for speakers? I dont need to spend that much, but thats the highest ill go
Round 2, budget setup

Big 3 upgrade, agm battery under the hood

Polk mm 6501 components or image dynamics ctx cs comps.

Ppi p900.4 4 channel amp

A pair of dayton audio ho subwoofers or tc sounds epic 12s or ssa gcons.

A dc 2k/soundqubed 2200.1 /crescendo bc2k,

Under 1.5k

If the dude says 5k tops, we're going to suggest 5k worth of sh*t. My sig is $4k. Like I always said, front stage is the most important thing and with your budget you can spend $2k on just the front comps. I recommend Gladen Aerospace 2 or 3 way comps or Ground Zero Plutonium. As long as you get a quality amp with ample power to power those, you won't need to spend a lot...$300-$400 tops.

I recommend you find out your current alternator spec (current at idle and at 2k rpm). You should keep your head unit, it'll do just fine. Are you dedicating the whole trunk to subwoofer(s)? I think 1 15" Havoc from SSA on a 2k RMS amp should do you right. From everything I've read, it's a great sub with good output and SQ.

As far as the sub amp, you're looking for a quality built one that does the power it advertises. Class D mono sub amps already have much higher THD levels, but you won't notice it because the sub plays so low. So any talk about SQ this, SQ that is nonsense. Either the amp ***** or lacks power or it doesn't **** and has ample power. Sounds like you may need some rear fill coaxials for added volume.

I think you should buy/research one thing at a time, but while having an end goal in mind. You already have the deck, keep it. Research some awesome components and buy them. If you just want loud and clear, you don't need to spend big. You can get some horns and mids for very little, will make you deaf. If you want to hear every detail in the recording, that'll cost ya.

So decide, where you want to go and whether you're really prepared to make electrical upgrades. Do you want loud, clear, and a ton of bass? Or do you want decently loud while hearing every minute detail of the recording?
