I am looking for new 6x9's and some 6.5's for my car. I want some 6x9's that will have some nice bass, and not get distorted at high volumes. I am lookin for the same with the 6.5's. I was looked at Kenwood KFC-1687 6.5's and Kenwood KFC-6907 6x9's. I am running the stock system right now but like 3 speakers are blown it runs of a stock infinity amp. My budget is around 100$ for both sets. I can get these brand new for bout 90$ for both. Are these any good for what I am looking for or does anyone else have some suggestions?

I am looking at Kenwood KFC-6979ie instead of the Kenwood KFC-6907, the Kenwood KFC-6979ie are only 10$ more. What do you think of Kenwoods, do you think they will work for what I am looking for?

Instead of doing that, just buy component speakers for the front and eliminate the rear-fill speakers.
