Help!!!!!

I hvae 2 10'' alpine type E and a kenwood 600watt amp. i have them brigded but every time i turn it up it cuts out can anyone help?????

It would seem that the subwoofers are bridged to a lower impedence than the amplifier can handle. When you turn it up, the amplifier subsequently goes into protection mode and turns off.

but when i turn it down it comes bac on. What shpuld i do

Either wire the subwoofers in series (and subsequently increase the impedence and lower the output) or get an amplifier that is 2ohm stable in mono (IF this is, in fact, the problem).

here something you can try, try hooking both speakers to one side of the amp dont bridge just use one side of the amp. It should work.

That would put out the same power if he would bridge them in series.

But i guess that would be an easier way to do it.
