SOMeONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW ONLINE SALES WORK. EVERY ASPECT. BUYING, SELLING, TRADING, shipping. What happens if you get something and its a piece of shit and you've already sent out the money?? If youre just going to sell something the easiest would be ebay or here under the classifieds.

Here: Basically name your price, state the exact condition of the item, the shipping price, what types of payment youll accept (usually paypal moneyorder, or personal check [ Wait till it clears]) and see if anybody wants it.

Ebay im a little fuzzy on, maybe somebody with more experience will explain ebay, i dont want to talk about something i have little experience with..

paypal is just a way to charge to your credit card when you buy something [never sold anything] - when I used to send $300 money orders in the normal USPS mail...I was always uptight - but everything that I've bought off ebay I've been happy with - make sure you buy from someone with a pretty high percentage (and pretty high OVERALL count)

it really just goes off the trust system; but there are times when people fraud you, which ebay'll protect against [$20+ products] with maybe even a lawsuit against the seller; and there's the non-paying-bidder: someone who won the product and never paid for it - all you can really get out of that is just being banned; no real legal action taken

They send you the money through paypal to your account. Your account will now say something like you have recieved a payment of "$xxx.xx" from whoever. There is a few options on haow torecieve the money, they can send you a cneck, which costs money i think, or you can have it wired to your account. There is some sort of % fee regarding money recieved through paypal though. when i had recieved a payment of 260 the fee was $7.xx

Also, you dont send the product until you get the money.

Paypal also has a fraud protection policy. Paypal is free to use and is quick. You can be paid from credit card or instant transferr from a bank account. The deposit (wired) to your bank account is free and the % is like .2% I think.
