I got a 1600 amp and two subs. I am getting a whining or humming sound come from them when the

car is just sitting but when I accelerate it go's away. Anyway to fix it??

sound from the amps or subs or both?

maybe search alternator whine and see if it sounds like what you are experiencing. Also, check grounds, wires, RCA's.

What gauge wire?

What equipment?
