help!

so i'm getting started on my new build soon and i'm gonna need a lot of aero ports but i don't wanna blow like 150$+ on psp ports lol so i was wondering if anyone on here has experience making aeros, only catch is i don't have a router and if i use fiberglass its gotta be in a cheap way and the only ways i've found don't have mounting flanges so i can screw them in, so i'm open to any ways to make a flared aero that can be mounted with screws that doesn't involve routing. thanks in advance for the help guys

There is a place in my town that just tosses old thinwalled PVC.. 6" & maybe 4".

I can check on that & let you know. It's what I use.

do you have to make aeros or is a kerfed slot port an option it may be easier

havent messed around with that style of port before heard it's tricky to get rite but if you could explain the process to me i'm all ears haha
