i have a zapco 100x2 and i keep blowing tweeters i dont have a dmm i just lowered my gain to half way i did have it 3/4 the comp.set is 100wrms do you think lowering it to half will help. my hu is 2volts output

How are you setting your gains? Obviously by ear, but where is the volume turned up to on the deck?
