Help!

Okay I made a post on this awhile back. But my amp (Mmats 3000.05) it goes into protect as soon as it turns on. Nothing is burnt on the board. There's this chip and a part is burnt on it, but I don't know if that would be the problem. It gets hot when I turn on the amp. And the there is one spot on the chip that is like white and it's not supposed to be white. The white part is the part is the part that gets hot. Pics:

You can tell it's burnt.
