...my 2 gb s of ram just came in the mail...ddr pc2100.....which it is what my comp takes....but for some reason its not registering that its installed...am i missing something.

nevermind i figured it out...talked with an hp rep....my computer is suppose to hold 4gbs....but the slots only accept up to 512 ...so it is only suppose to hold 2 gbs.....pretty dumb..so now i have to sell this ram lol.
