Help!!!!!!!

I bought a new car yesterday and the dealer let me take my old one home so that I could take the system out. I don't know anything about doing an audio install/deinstall. Could you guys help me out with instructions? I just need to take the amps and crossover out. Best Buy will pull the HU out and put in a cheapie tomorrow. The speakers are staying. Thanks for any help you guys can provide.

Remove the power from the battery.

remove all cables from amps and crossovers.

Remove amps and crossovers.

Probably won't be able to remove the rca and most wires unless you remove some panels. I'd just tape up the power before you re-attach the positive to the battery and leave'm.

I started doing that and two of the wires touched and created a spark. What do I disconnect so that no power is coming through the wires? I don't want to mess anything up.
