Check the power wire, or if needed replace it. Sounds like its grounding itself somewhere on the chassis.

His amp popped internal fuses, taking the line fuse with it. He replaced said line fuse with a new one, hasn't popped. Replaced amp fuses and popped those.

Amp is toast. Get a new one. Wire is fine.

I don't have the $$$$$$$$$$$$$ for a new amp so I need to get my amp repaired
