Help!!!!!

I just added a second batt and grounded to the seatbelt bolt and with no music all I hear is motor noise. It is bad enough when you rev the engine the subs get louder. Where do I need to mount the second batt so I will not get this???

Quicker the help the better I am at a dead stop until I get some help!!

Inline RCA Noise Filter? I have tried sanding some metal in the trunk and ground it there and I still get the noise....What do I do?

propper grounding has been covered here at least 900 times.....same with noise
