Help!!

I have two 12 inch kenwoods a kenwood 800 watt amp all off of a pioneer head. i hooked up all the subs to the best of my knowledge. and with my brothers help. everytime i start my car i blow both fuses and we cant figure out what could possibly be wrong. i cleaned to grounded area down to the bar metal (thinking it was the problem) but still nothing! help me please. i dunno what could be wrong.

Positive and negative power are hooked up backwards possibly.
