help with t.v. :(

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif ok so i have my tv installed, a fareinheit 4" (yea yea i know). well the problem is, when i turn the car on i get interference that makes the screen dim to red and the picture unclear, but when the car is off it is perfect....my question is, would this be a ground issue or would i need to get some kind of ac interference thing from somewhere??

Maybe its not getting the loving (power) it desires? (Thats about as technical as I can get)

it doesnt seem like it would be a power issue if its fine with the car off...i just put a tv in my truck and the wires look like they are about 22awg or somthin hellla small...probly either with the RCAs or the video cable, i got my tv where my rear view mirror was and im using the thing that held the mirror. so the far the only problems ive had with the tv is with the way its mounting. i've had to use alot of plastiv welder to keep it secure
