Hello all,

I have a '17 Audi A3 and I recently had Best Buy install a Pioneer TS-WX1010A and it sounds great...

However I have a huge issue with it. If I turn off the music or even put the volume to 0, the sub goes berserk.

The guy at Best Buy has never seen that and of course has no idea what could be the problem...

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
