Help with street a set-up

Finally going to try running db drag this year. Looking for help building a street a CRX. Pr 10s, 2-amps, 3 batts is the plan. What subs and amps does everyone recomend? If I understand the konaki hybrids I have are not legal subs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif. I have a set of APXX motors may talk to atomic about reconing them. Post what works or what you recomend. Box help too.

Ok, well, in street a, i beleive you can only run one amp. Also, you can only run one 650sq in batt.

Subs have be a production model, not one off

many ppl do subs up port back, or subs forward port back

Two solid 10's (DD 9510's, HD3's, american bass HD's, etc.)

One nice amp (dd Z1, american bass 500.1/700.1/1000.1, stetsom 7kw)

One nice battery (stinger/odyssey 1700, northstar G2700)

One (or two) boxes, subs forward, ports back.

Ok so 1 batt 1 amp. Box can not extend past the window line. How far forward can the box go. Also If I'm reading right I can not sub-floor the car?

did your crx come with a back seat, if no you can go upto the door jam, nope cant cut anything

Street a is car off, aftermarket alt would be for daily if you got it

And you can only run 1 batt, so your front batt would be your only batt

You can upgrade the alt if you like but the car has to be off when your are in the lane. as stated before you can have 1 battery no larger than 650 cubic inches.

yes you can run an aftermarket alt.

only one batt no larger than 650CI up front... thats its with the batt.

Can I move the battery from the front to the rear of the car? I also have a or of WMDv.2s 10s. They have custom recones. Can get the pap recones and put them back in. Anybody have luck with them? Does Atomic still recone APXX motors with 4" coils. Yes the motors are for 4"coils.

No, the battery has to be up front.

I wouldn't bother with WMD's. Get something worth using.

Don't bother with 4" coils in street a. You won't have enough power to get their full potential out of them.

No. 12v battery only.
