If the amplifier has high input, and the harness to use, you can wire in the amp that way, just as that could be done with the old school amps, and by noy using the LOC.Have yo even tried to wire direct from the HU to the speaker connections to see if that amp is blown yet or not?You can unhook the amp, and try one set of exposed speaker wire from the hu, and check each spk through the speaker plug just to check all speakers for sound/working or not, will tell you if you have an issue with that amp,A little time consuming, but works

You are only checking to see if the spks work or not by bypassing that amp,and if they all work, then if the fuses are good in the amp/powers up,then either the signal coming from the HU-the amp isnt working, or the amp is TOAST/needs repair.Yet, if there is a spot to go in High level input on that amp, you can run the spk wires to test in that locationand bypass the low in connection,Thus hooking /leaving the Power/remote/ground hooked up for supply. If its aal in the plug.I run a hot wire(12ga from the batt for power testing supply, and a ground at the deck and pigtail the power and remote works very easy..Its just 3wires..2 are hot when the amp is on, and 1 is ground all the time, rest are spk wires Yes?All that will eliminate the suggestions, and give you hard core good or bad/working or not..and thats without using a DMM, in which I trust raw power n ground for myself, and have always done. Some monsoon HU have a builtin amplifier also????????Had that issue in a 2001 Camareo,I just bought a $40 HU and to bypass allthe BS and yanked the old HU,and amp Out and put a $50 amp in on the sub,and rest off HU power, easiest thing to do for under $100bucks,and less stress/time consuming.
