tried searching to no avail so heres the question...

i want to do 1 or 2 ssd 18" in my durango but need a few answers

1. How many cubic feet ?

2. How much port area?

3. How many watts?

4. Tuned @?

1. For 1, ~8cf. For 2, ~16cf.

2. Depends. I would estimate around 75-100 for 1, 150-200 for 2.

3. They are 800 watts RMS, so you would be safe with 1Kw for 1, and 2Kw or 2.

4. Depending on if you want SQ or SPL, 28 all the way up to the 40's. For a bit of both, ~32.

1.6-7 for one 12-16 for 2

2.200 for a pair

3. a good 1000 will be plenty for each one.

4. low/mid 30's is always nice.

I'd do ~14cubes NET @33hz with 100+ square inches of port... I'd recommend ~150...

Power, depends on the coil and the BP power option, 2000rms is a solid amount regardless.

Yes, quite bit.

I'd do 7-8 cubes NET @33hz with 90-120 square inches of port.

not bad not bad...sound like thats what i want to do...any amp recomendations? maybe a sundown? i wouldnt mind buying about ~2500 watts or so i can have room for upgrading.
