Help with Soundstream RUB 1000

I don't know a lot about car stereo equipment so I am not sure if this amp is worth buying. It is a soundstream RUB 1000. http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=12298 As far as I can see it's kick *** for very cheap. There's got to be something I'm missing.
