Help with Sony 10 disc changer

Hey guys, I recently bought a Ford Ranger and the PO had installed a Sony CDX-U404 10 disc changer with a Sony CDX-C480 head unit. On the way home I stopped at a gas station and while I was fueling I filled up one of the cartridges with some of my cd's ( all CDR's btw ), anyway, I put the cartridge in and turned on the head unit, put it on CD2 ( CD1 is the in dash, single cd player which works fine ), and it beeped and flashed "Reset" on the display. And it will not eject the cartridge. Has anyone had this problem, or know what's wrong? The PO said he had used it in the past and it worked fine. So I'm thinking it just needs some sort of command?
