Help with slot enclosure design for DC Audio Level 6 18 in magnum

Hey guys I have had a dc level 6 18 in my magnum for a few months now and the enclosure that I had designed for it is 8.63 cubes gross with 8.01 net after displacement with 2 6" aeros tuned to 28. I do not like the sound of aeros on lower notes as it does not play as low as a slot port. For those of you who have used aeros you would know as this is my third time with 2 different subs using aeros. So the dimensions I have to work with are 23x39x20. Can anyone help with designing a slot port enclosure for this? I have gone through various options that I may have had but was curious on your guys opinion. Thanks!

I don't know what your other enclosures were like but, so you know, 2 6" aeros only have an area of 56 inches. Not enough for your sub. A third 6" would put you more in the right area. Might be kinda easy to add another 6" port and see if it makes a difference for you? Just gotta make sure your lengths are uniform and you get the tuning you want.

I always have heard slot ports drop lower than these aeros. They just don't fit my needs because when i hear them they don't get as low as a slot tuned to the same frequency
