help with settings of amps

i just installed a pioneer fhp8000bt headunit and 2 pioneer gmd9500f amps. i need help setting the gains and frequency control. i have one amp going 4 channel into 4 infinity 9633cf 6x9's (75w rms into each). i assume this amp would be set to HPF (or should it be different). where about should the gain and frequency be set for these speakers running off that amp?

i then have the same amp 2 channel into 2 infinity 1062w 10" subs. the will be running 200w rms each. i assume this one will be lpf......where about should the gain and frequency be set on this one????
