help with set up

Ok I have a 1998 neon dohc

Now I have a problem.

I was going to run a yellow top D34/78 under the hood and a extra one in the trunk.

But The D34/78 will not fit under my hood it is to big //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Would it be ok to run the stock battery along with the yellow top in the trunk?

Or should i get a smaller yellow top that will fit under the hood?

If so will I need a isolator cause the batteries will be the same make but different models and sizes?

its fine to run a smaller battery up front,and as far as the isolator,thats your choice,i never have and everythings always been fine,as far as i'm concerned its a waste of $$$

kinetik //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif but I took the spare tire out of my neon and threw in the kinetik battery and got a battery hold down kit at advanced auto
