help with rims

i got a chance to pick up some rims on my locally, but i thought, wait how will i know if they fit.

i did some research and i know that blazer has a 5x4.75 bolt pattern

but i when used discounttire.com or whatever, i got also a 5x114.3?

i found some nice 20s that have that same pattern, 5x114.3, but i wanted to know if they would fit? or should i go test fit them myself.

those are what i get for rims
