Help with right amp/speakers for subs

Hi,

I want to put together a really kickin system but don't know what matches up with what to get a good balance. I found some really massive 15" subs http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110425600722 but need advise on what would be a good amp to push them plus what other sized speakers and amps I would need to get a balanced, complete system.
