hmm, I really like the inverted surround and its a big plus in my application.

As for recones you can go to ficaraudio.com and click on recones and or send them an email. They will tel you what they can do with the information given.

or you can pm woofercooker or teamPSI on here and talk to them about getting recones. You are looking at around maybe $75-100 for a recone I guess. I would say that its worth it to recone the sub, possibly even add some upgrades to your new recone.

uprgrades? like what...maybe a turbo or intercooler //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
haha no like maybe an aluminum coil, stiffer spiders, different surround and cone. It all depends on the capabilities of the pwe basket. Which I am not sure of.

well tear our the cone and take pics of where the motor connects to the basket. It may be able to accept standard baskets, which may help you. Fi is usually hard to get ahold of, but worth a shot. Like others have said, TeamPSI does recones, but also sometimes hard to get a response from. Woofercooker is pretty good about getting back to people. I dont know if others have mentioned it but Incriminator audio, sundown, audio, mach5 audio and Re audio may also be worth a shot.

I would expect toi pay about $125 all said and done if your doing the recone yourself.

ok so what exactly do stiffer spiders do.. more punch? and aluminum? is wieght an issue or something?
I am not really the person to ask about what exactly each does. Stiffer spiders usually allow for better control when using more power and aluminum coils supposedly handle more power. Take that with a grain of salt though.

I recommend pming either woofercooker or teamPSI as they will probably be easier to contact and will be able to answer most of your questions.

x2 I would like to see those pictures in case I ever decide to change mine up.

I have dealt with teamPSI before and found him quick with responses.
