Help with Polk Comp. Install (diagram attached)

All,

AS some on here know I am trying to install my Polk Audio components as a replacement for the factory components. The issue I am having is on how to integrate the Polk crossover into the factory wiring. Please see the attached factory wiring diagram of my car. I have no idea on how to proceed:

You dont use the factory tweeter wires you rerun them to the crossovers then most people re run the midbass wires and just tap into the factory wires for power at the kick or inside the door
