help with ohms

If you bridge channel 1 & 2, you would need a final load of 4ohms. Rated @ 500 bridged @ 4ohms. Granted it will not put out near that much.

You will not get much output from that amp regardless. You do need @ new amp. Either a class D or A/B.

dvc 2 ohms
Hook it up to channel 1&2 bridged @ 4ohms.

Question, what should a 4ohm load read at the terminals. Mine reads 4.5, is that due to the wire or terminal, and what is normal?
yes. some subs vc's will read a bit lower or higher than rated impedence. when hooked up, it'll have imp rise anyways so the impedence will change a lil anyways //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
