Help with new system

Hey guys! new to this board. im looking to put a simple 10 inch infinity refrence sub and pioneer 5100t amp. The sub is rated for up to 250rms and the amp is putting out 380rms at 1 at 4ohms. i was gona get the infinity 12 inch but i like the 10 cuz i need a smaller box. my main concern is alternator whine, and headlight dimming. i have a 02 sentra gxe. help guys, im ready to order this stuff but don't want to deal with issues. other specs on the car is 5210 panasonic deck, and two pairs of alpine 170a speakers. if u have any ideas for better stuff ofr hte price let me know. sub=$60, amp=$92, any recs for wires if i do go ahead with the plan? thanks for ur help

to eliminate any alternator whine just make sure that you run the RCA's on the oposite side of the car from the power wire, with that amp you shouldnt have dimming problems, but if for some reason you do you can just simply do the BIG "3" upgrade. Just search the forum for instructions on the big 3.
