Help with Mojo MC2000d

Hey i got a chance to pick one of these up, but i dont know too much about them...im needing an amp to work at 1 ohm and the specs on this amp only say to 2 ohm, but you know how that goes on how far the truth is on that.

so can someone help me out who's used one of these ?

it will do 1 ohm for burps,daily no,memphis makes **** good amps,they just get hot as hell

It'll do one ohm for daily fine if you have the voltage to support it. The lowest we've taken them on burps has been .35.

ok, I emailed memphis and they said not to do anything below 2 ohms, and that they did offer a mod for 1 ohm stability, but because of liabaility they ended it...and now they refuse to tell me how they did it - even though this amp is way out of warranty....

We had two of them in one car, one had the impedance mod, the other on didn't. Both played daily @1ohm, and burped fine @.5.

If you call Kicker, they will tell you the same thing about the ZX2500.1, But I'm running 8 of them at 1 and two of them in another car at.7.........just a case of CYA.

Well, im half tempted to pick this amp up then, I really need two of these for my sub, but one will do for now i guess.
