Help with mids & highs for my build

Im doing some thinking on what mids and highs to use for my new build, i already have the sub stage taken care of - 4 audiopipe txx-bf15s in 16cf tuned @ 30 hz @ .5 ohm on a 3500d in a B pillar wall. So i need a killer front stage for the 2 front doors. I recently did a build for a friend and we did 4 sets of diamond D6 components in the car running off a 4ch, and it sounded amazing. Wasnt really going for SQ but it ended up sounding awesome. So im thinking about going with 2 comp sets per door in my car, or maybe a 3 way setup in each door on alot of power.

For power i already have an old school alpine im going to use, for about 250wrms per side @ 2 ohm.

I was thinking maybe just buy some woofers and tweeters from parts express and then buy my own crossovers - going active is not an option, not trying to win SQ championships or anything. Just want to have it loud as hell to try and keep up with the subs, while sounding halfway decent. Only problem is most what parts express have is 8 or 12 ohm stuff right now.

In each door i have room for 2 5.25s and 1 6.5 or 8 in the bottom. All the room i have at the bottom of the door is what made me think about maybe a 3 way setup. Right now i have a cheap component set in the doors.

Budget? Not really. But ideally id like to spend around 100-150 for 4 speakers and mids/tweeters. I have an eye on some crossovers already
